I’ve leadership roles by organizing and managing my own team, collaborating across other teams, and representing Firsternship at events through presentations and recruitment efforts.
Participating in Firsternship has significantly enhanced my leadership and presentation skills. Being part of a developing program allowed me to take initiative, contribute creative ideas, and see them put into action. I value the opportunity to shape our group’s direction through active collaboration. Attending events within Firsternship has strengthened my public speaking abilities and working closely with other members improved my teamwork, efficiency, and leadership approach.
